No I think you’re possibly misinterpreting stuff again.
Works on himself - has gone to therapy, has hobbies and interests, is emotionally healthy. Not just work related.
Takes care of his appearance - washes their asshole, wears clean clothes and attempts to look good. Maybe dresses well. Eats well. Honestly who wants someone that spends more time than you on getting ready for going out?
Makes her feel safe - this could mean what you say, but it also probably means will have her back and stand up for her in every sense. And also probably not shout at her or degrade her for sharing her feelings.
Again you’re assuming women are a monolith and plenty of women aren’t into muscles or care whether someone is tall.
You need to relax and let women state their preferences. I wouldn’t dare tell a man that she isn’t attracted to xyz. And those stats above are still objective.
