I see so many women still raising the children after a break up alone and people congratulating the man on being a good parent for taking their own kids as being a ‘step up’ guy. Having kids is such a raw deal for most women, plenty of whom have slowed down, paused or stopped their careers allowing men to keep theirs, only to be painted as money grabbing when all they want is to compensated for their work raising their children.
