Exactly. People are greedy. My biggest expense is rent in the city I live in. I have a decent job now and have saved enough to buy a small house on the outskirts with the tiniest of debt that will be paid off in 5 years. I plan on going back to freelancing eventually and living my life comfortably like that. I don’t want much - I don’t need much.

Plenty of people want a bedroom and more space and they want to keep up with that even if it locks them into debt forever and then eventually end up struggling. Who wants that? Life is for living!
